TheKFX450R twin exhaust from DMC offers dynamic performance in this
solid system that utilizes two mufflers to deliver maximum performance
while maintaining sound level requirements.
DMC
has combined a perfect blend of tuned length and diameter, along with a
unique “Velocity Splitter” to provide the maximum exhaust velocity for
low and mid range torque, along with the increased overall volume for
big top end horsepower. With torque rolling in at a 24.8% lb/ft
increase and horsepower at a screaming 21.5% increase, your competition
will wonder where you went.
The system features an ultra tough T304 stainless steel
header, velocity splitter and stepped diameter midpipes along with a
tough alloy heat shield and Afterburner extruded mufflers. Rebuildable
in minutes. DMC uses only the highest quality packing material for
maximum and consistent performance.
Other features include the use of rubber mounted aircraft
grade, billet aluminum muffler brackets and a removable USFS/USDA
approved spark arrestor.
Installation on this monster is a snap. No need to bang,
hammer, cut, saw, abuse, or otherwise manipulate your KFX. You can go
from out of the box to out in front in a matter of minutes.

performance, get your paws on a DMC EFI Control Module. Our testing has
proven this combination of exhaust and an EFI Control Module to be a
lethal combination resulting in maximum output in horsepower and torque
DMC EFI Control Module's specifically mapped to work in
conjunction with your DMC Twin Exhaust to deliver every ounce of torque
and horsepower in a smooth and responsive power curve. It's fully
adjustable with three simple buttons on the faceplate to adjust the
fuel curve richer or leaner in each area of the map. Advanced
engineering eliminates the need for complicated computer programs or
interfaces. Everything is controlled directly on the EFI Control
Module.
